When he and Mia finally made their move to Portugal, he brought all of that with him, along with a simple belief that homeowners deserve exactly the same standard of reliability from the people looking after their properties.

Mia's background is in teaching English to non-native speakers, a role she approached with the same precision and patience she applies to everything she does. As a qualified Master Fitness Trainer, she understands how to communicate clearly, build confidence, and make the complex feel manageable, qualities that turn out to be just as valuable when you're an overseas homeowner trying to navigate a maintenance issue from 2,000 miles away.
